Vijay Dias is the Director and Head Coach of Ojai Alliance FC, bringing experience at the highest levels of the game into a positive, challenging, and supportive environment for young players. He is dedicated to helping young people develop confidence, character, and strong fundamentals for life by teaching the beautiful game. He is dedicated to building a club where players, families, and coaches feel connected and proud to be part of Ojai’s vibrant soccer community.

Dias is a three-time National Champion as a player and a coach at Indiana University (National Champion and multiple-time Big10 Champion), Stanford University (National Champion and Pac-12 Champion), and the University of Montana (Big Sky Champion). These experiences strongly shape his approach to coaching.

Dias also competed professionally across four continents, including in Major League Soccer, the United Soccer League, and internationally in Spain, Australia, and India, giving him a valuable global perspective to share.

He offers clinics and private instruction for players and support for volunteer coaches, with a focus on developing the whole player and strengthening the local soccer community. Dias has two children, Naoli (7) and León (3), who attend school in Ojai.
