At Ojai Alliance FC, we are passionate about developing the next generation of soccer players right here in the Ojai Valley. Rooted in our local community and inspired by Ojai’s natural beauty and spirit of adventure, our club provides a supportive place for girls and boys to grow, compete, and enjoy the game.

Led by Vijay Dias, whose experience includes three national championships as both a player and a coach at Indiana University and Stanford University. Ojai Alliance FC brings knowledge from the highest levels of the college and professional ranks and global insights into a thoughtful, team-first development model. His goal is to share that passion and experience with the youth of the Ojai community in a way that is motivating, accessible, and fun.

Our programs emphasize advanced technical training, tactical development, and game intelligence, while remaining inclusive and age-appropriate for players at every stage. We place a strong focus on character, teamwork, and sportsmanship, viewing every practice and game as an opportunity for growth on and off the field.
